Position Overview
We are seeking
10 enthusiastic and knowledgeable Fundraising Professionals
to join our DIFC team in Dubai. This role focuses on raising capital for equity investments (unlisted, startup investments) and fractional real estate through
B2B channels
(channel partners) and
B2C clients.
Key Resposibilities
Develop and execute strategies to raise capital through channel partners and direct clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, wealth managers, and institutional partners.
Design and implement effective fundraising campaigns, leveraging both online and offline outreach.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing continuous feedback and optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to inform fundraising strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's degree or CA, CFA preferred).
Experience
Proven experience in fundraising, investment sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of equity investments (unlisted, startups) and fractional real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms and their mechanics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Background in related industries such as finance or real estate is highly preferred.
