Are you a relationship builder with a passion for impactful giving? A leading education organisation in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and driven Fundraising Officer to join their Advancement team and play a key role in securing transformational support for academic excellence, research, and innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in fundraising, donor relations, and development-especially within the higher education or non-profit sectors.
? What You'll Do
Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Design and implement strategies for donor engagement, solicitation, and stewardship.
Collaborate with academic leadership and internal teams to create compelling funding proposals.
Act as a university ambassador at key events, donor meetings, and engagement forums.
Maintain donor pipelines and CRM systems with accurate reporting and donor activity tracking.
? What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations (higher education or non-profit sector preferred).
Proven success in securing major gifts and managing donor portfolios.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, align donor interests with institutional goals, and deliver results.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred); bilingual in Arabic & English is a plus.

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Education Allowance: Up to AED 160,000 for 3 children
Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for self, spouse & 3 children
