We are working on an excellent opportunity with a magic circle firm in Dubai who are looking for an Associate to join their Corporate team. Our client has an exceptional global reputation, innovative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional legal service. This role would suit someone who wants to work on high-profile, complex cases while progressing their career in a supportive, dynamic environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level associate or corporate lawyer to work on headline-making deals across M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and broader corporate advisory matters. You will work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers in the region, gaining international exposure and developing deep sector expertise. The Ideal Candidate:

• 4-6 PQE
• Admitted in England & Wales, Australia, Ireland or New Zealand
• Excellent academic
• Experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US firm
• A strong background in corporate law, ideally with exposure to cross-border transactions
• Confident working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
