This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development, working with the latest Temenos Wealth Management Release and Technology stack, to build a robust and scalable solution. You will be working on a fast-paced environment with a collaborative, multicultural and inclusive work culture. The individual is also expected to have experience on Hybrid/Agile methodology aligned with Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) standard.

Mandatory Skills and Responsibilities:

• 11-15 years of experience in Temenos Private Wealth modules
• Strong functional knowledge in various Securities asset classes viz-a-viz Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, OTC Products such as Structured Notes, etc. and their business processes.
• Implementation experience of at least 2 Projects in Transact Private Wealth modules - Securities Order, Trading & Settlement, Corporate Actions, Transfers & Portfolio Management, STP, Securities Fees, Charges, Commission & Tax related modules.
• Strong knowledge in Transact Core Banking functionalities.
• Proven track record of providing workaround and L3 (customization) solutions in Securities & CA modules.
• Must have strong consulting skills like Stakeholder management, Communication, and advisory type of capabilities.
• Experience in running PLW sessions, requirement elicitation, providing functional design solutions and configuration of products.
• Gather and document business requirements, do gap analysis, solutioning, functional design.
• Expected to work in collaboration with Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team lead and Developer team to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the IT application team.

Proficient in the below

• Knowledge in Agile concepts, SCRUM methodology, Jira etc
• Knowledge of how Temenos Core Banking enables one or more end-to-end business process.
• Experience in conducting product Architecture and design workshops.
• Temenos T24 project delivery experience would be a value addition.
• Develop PoV on Temenos New Implementation
• Implementation of different Temenos products and at least 2 end to end implementation experience.
• Support for Internal Initiatives PoC\xc2\xb4s
• Drive Capability Development for the Domain

Roles & Responsibilities: * Experience in Temenos Technology frameworks (BaaS) and Exposure to Integration/interfacing with various systems

• Experience in Temenos Functional Product lines and products groups
• Strong track record of solutioning on Temenos Transact platform.
• Lead and implement the vision strategy and technology solution for financial institutions drive change on transformation agenda and support the overall architecture strategy.
• Strong in Core Banking knowledge
• Strong experience in designing and leading integration Temenos implementation medium to large scale projects
• Worked with Temenos standard software and hardware configuration including on premise and cloud setup on Azure and AWS
• Good knowledge of Java/Python Temenos Extensibility Framework Camel Adapter Microservices IF API IRIS DLM RR Interface Development Open Financial Services (OFS) T24 Transact modules(Private and Wealth) with strong emphasis on T24 latest releases R20 onwards
• Must have strong consulting skills like Stakeholder management Communication and advisory type of capabilities.
• Strong working experience on API / Interfaces
• Experience in running a PLW sessions requirement elicitation providing functional design solutions and configuration of products.
• Proficiency in English
• Gather and document business requirements do gap analysis solutioning functional design.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills able to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage business expectations accordingly.
• Expected to work in collaboration with Product Owner Project Manager Delivery Manager Team lead and Developer team to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the IT application implementation.
• Education: Science/Engineering Graduate.
• Overall, 12-15 years of experience.
