Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and managing front desk operations.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments efficiently.
Answering multi-line phones and managing patient inquiries.
Verifying patient insurance and collecting payments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or healthcare
Fluent in English, and Arabic is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
