As the

Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

at FAYY Health, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring smooth operational flow. Your duties include:

Requirements



Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a clinic front desk role preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with clinic software is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred. Arabic nationals are encouraged to apply. Well-groomed, professional, and calm under pressure.

Front Desk & Patient Experience



Serve as the welcoming face of FAYY Health greet all patients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine empathy. Manage check-in/check-out operations efficiently to optimize patient flow and satisfaction. Respond proactively to patient needs in person, via phone, email, or WhatsApp with care and accuracy.

Scheduling & Coordination



Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management systems. Coordinate doctor schedules, room availability, consultations, and walk-ins. Adapt schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes.

Administrative & Record Management



Maintain accurate patient files and data entries in our systems. Process insurance forms, authorizations, and pre-approvals. Liaise with finance for billing, invoices, and follow?up payments.

Communication & Follow?Up



Handle inbound and outbound communications with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Conduct appointment reminders, share post-visit instructions, and collect patient feedback. Educate patients about clinic services and wellness programs as needed.

Operational Support



Keep front desk and waiting areas immaculate, inviting, and well-stocked. Assist with general administrative and logistical tasks assigned by management. Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction.

Team Collaboration



Work closely with doctors, nurses, and admin teams to support integrated care delivery. Take part in training sessions, team meetings, and organizational development programs. Uphold confidentiality and FAYY Health's standards of care, integrity, and professionalism.
