to join our team in Dubai. This is a
full-time, commission-only position
for individuals who can independently manage clients and close deals in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle off-plan and secondary market property transactions
Generate and manage qualified leads
Conduct client meetings, viewings, and negotiations
Coordinate with developers and internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM and follow-ups
Attend mandatory office meetings and training sessions
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Full-time availability and commitment
Willingness to work strictly on commission basis
Professional attitude and target-driven mindset
UAE driving license is an advantage
