Our agency is seeking a warm, experienced, and dedicated

live-in nanny

for a lovely

Turkish family

in Dubai. This is a wonderful opportunity for a

compassionate and responsible caregiver

who enjoys working with children and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

About the Family:

Parents with

one child (2.5 years old, daughter).

The mother is planning to return to work. The child attends pre-school full-day. The family has

experience working with expat nannies

for the past two years.

Fair salary and proactive raises

--past employees never had to negotiate a raise as it was always offered in advance. No pets currently, but the family is planning to get a puppy in the future.

Responsibilities:

Primary focus:

Childcare, ensuring the child's safety, well-being, and development.

Daily routine support:

Preparing the child for school, drop-off/pick-up if needed, meal prep, engaging in educational play, and bedtime routines.

Household chores:

General cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a tidy home.

Cooking:

Preparing family meals with a focus on healthy and nutritious dishes. Assisting with any additional household needs as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of nanny experience in Dubai

(experience with toddlers preferred).

Trustworthy, patient, and caring

--someone who genuinely loves working with children. Ability to manage household chores and cooking alongside childcare responsibilities. Willingness to adapt and be part of the family's daily routine. Open to working in a home that may have a pet in the future. Available for a

long-term commitment.
