- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team for exceptional customer service.
- Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, staff, and maintain a welcoming environment.

- Training: Provide ongoing staff training on trends and techniques.

- Proven salon management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good-looking and presentable.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of beauty trends and products.
- Familiarity with Fresha Booking System.
