What should you bring?

You should hold at least 4 years as a full-stack developer with .net and javascript frameworks

You should be able to produce scalable web solutions

Experienced in Relational Database and No-SQL

Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or DevOps is a BIG plus

Blockchain development is another BIG plus

What the ideal candidate looks like:

The ideal candidates should be used to startup environments where they are accountable for their work. Should be used to working autonomously and also to collaborate with others when needed.

Creativity and curiosity are very important too because the person will need to figure things out and seek answers and the root of any issues to make sure they deliver what\'s expected. Ask the right questions and flag any issues in advance with a solution in mind.

Communication skills and spirit to building cross-area relations are critical

Should be more comfortable with a "making sense out of chaos" type of environment than having everything sorted out. Should be an entrepreneurial spirit excited about building something powerful and going the extra mile to get there.

Willing to learn and grow, receive and provide feedback and have an open mind in terms of cultures.

The ideal candidate is excited about AI solutions and has an agile mindset, used to working in Scrum and contributing in a fully remote environment.

Should bring some experience working with robust and scalable backend using .Net Core technologies.

Should bring experience in developing front-ends and User Interfaces using JavaScript Frameworks.
