In this role, you will work across backend and frontend systems, integrate advanced analytics, and support seamless, modern deployments. Tasks
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will help shape the experiences and systems that bring Hlthera to life. You'll work across our platform to build features that are thoughtful, reliable, and designed for people. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and refining the core services that power the Hlthera ecosystem.
• Developing intuitive, responsive interfaces that feel simple, clear, and human.
• Bringing data to life through seamless visual and analytical experiences.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into polished, scalable solutions.
• Enhancing performance, stability, and the overall quality of the platform.
• Contributing to an engineering culture built on craftsmanship, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:

• Strong experience developing backend services using modern .NET technologies, with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in building responsive, user-centred web interfaces using Angular or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, including working with structured views and optimised queries (SQL experience required).
• Experience integrating or embedding dashboard or data-visualisation components into web applications.
• Familiarity with container-based deployment environments and version-controlled development workflows.
• Strong grasp of API development, best practices, and modern web standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and refine both frontend and backend systems to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
• A passion for building meaningful technology and contributing to a platform that shapes the future of healthcare.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages being a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Postgraduate qualifications or industry certifications are preferred.
• Experience developing across modern backend and frontend environments is essential.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or technology sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong digital affinity and experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
• Acute attention to detail with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
