- Strong systems thinking and architectural insight.
- Pragmatic problem solver with an eye for scalability and maintainability.
- Proactive communicator who thrives in a remote team environment.
- Able to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and Blazor (or similar).
- Architect and optimise SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Build, secure, and document RESTful APIs for integration with front-end and third-party systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, system architecture planning, and release cycles.
