About the Role

Growth Machine is a group of products aimed at the growing online coaching and consulting market

We're looking for someone to build our latest product

KnowYourNumbers (KYN)

a SaaS product that gives coaches, consultants, and small online business owners clear visibility over their key business metrics. KYN is a dashboard saas which integrates with tools via API our audience use such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, Calendly, popular social media platforms and more

This role is for a

full stack developer

who wants

real ownership

and is capable of working solo

You will take KYN from ground zero to a production-ready V1, make the key technical decisions, and continue owning the product post-launch

This is

not

a ticket-based role.
You'll work directly with the founder and be trusted to design, build, ship, and iterate.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Owning the

technical architecture

of the product end-to-end Building and shipping the

first production version

of KYN Designing and implementing frontend and backend systems Making pragmatic decisions around

speed vs scalability

Integrating third-party services (payments, analytics, APIs) Setting up and maintaining a clean, maintainable codebase Handling deployment, environments, and production readiness Improving the product post-launch based on real user feedback Acting as the long-term technical owner of the platform

What We're Looking For

5+ years

professional experience as a full stack developer Strong experience with

React / Next.js

and

TypeScript

Solid backend experience with

Node.js

frameworks (NestJS preferred) Experience designing relational databases (PostgreSQL) Comfortable owning a product without heavy process or bureaucracy Able to work independently and make sound technical decisions Product-minded -- you care about why you're building, not just how*
Experience taking a product from

early build ? live users
