About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend development experience to join our digital team. You will play a key role in building mobile-first, high-conversion eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Next.js, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, and NestJS, and understands how to deliver exceptional Customer Experience (CX) and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). AWS knowledge and GitHub proficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, mobile-first frontends using

Next.js

,

Material UI

, and

Tailwind CSS

.

Apply

CRO

and

CX

principles to build user interfaces that drive engagement and conversions.

Build scalable, maintainable backend APIs and services using

NestJS

.

Optimize page performance, SEO, and user experience across devices and browsers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to translate business needs into tech solutions.

Manage deployment pipelines and hosting using

AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Vercel etc.)

Maintain clean Git workflows and collaborate via

GitHub

.

Monitor server health, logs, and performance with basic to intermediate DevOps knowledge.

Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

3-5 years of full-stack development experience.

Proven experience with

Next.js

,

Material UI

, and

Tailwind CSS

.

Backend development expertise with

NestJS

(Node.js framework).

Strong knowledge of

CRO principles

: A/B testing, funnel optimization, user journey mapping, etc.

Understanding of

CX

principles: intuitive design, usability, accessibility, mobile experience.

Familiarity with

responsive design

web performance optimization

SEO best practices

in frontend development.

Proficiency in Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

Comfortable working with REST APIs, authentication, and data modeling.

Manage deployment pipelines and hosting using AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
