About the Role

Azaya Marketing is looking for a

talented Full Stack Developer (MERN)

to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with exposure to modern development practices. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining

scalable, high-performance web applications

that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using

MERN stack

and other modern frameworks. Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces. Develop, integrate, and maintain secure, scalable APIs. Manage databases (SQL & NoSQL) for performance, scalability, and reliability. Optimize applications for

speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in

code reviews

and enforce best coding practices. Stay updated with emerging development trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Language Skills:

Native

Hindi

speaker

3-4 years

of full-stack development experience.

Minimum 1 year of UAE market experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience working with RESTful APIs and Git/GitHub.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (

AWS, Azure, GCP

). Familiarity with

DevOps tools

(Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Knowledge of

Agile/Scrum methodologies.
