About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Full Stack Developer

to join our dynamic technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

7 years of proven expertise

in building and deploying scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks. You will be responsible for end-to-end development--from front-end interfaces to back-end APIs, databases, and deployment on live environments.

This role is suited for a professional who thrives in

fast-paced product environments

and can take ownership of full development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

scalable web applications

using

React.js

and

Next.js

. Build cross-platform

mobile applications

using

React Native

. Develop and optimize back-end services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using

Node.js

and

Express.js

. Design and manage relational databases using

PostgreSQL

with optimized queries and schema management. Manage

source code versioning and collaboration

with GitHub. Lead deployment processes on

cPanel / VPS environments

, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines. Monitor, debug, and optimize applications for

performance, scalability, and security

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to deliver high-quality releases on schedule. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews, best practices, and documentation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

7+ years

of professional full stack development experience. Expertise in:

Front-End:

React.js, Next.js, React Native

Back-End:

Node.js, Express.js

Database:

PostgreSQL Strong knowledge of

REST APIs, microservices, and database design

. Hands-on experience with

GitHub version control & collaboration

. Solid understanding of

deployment and hosting environments

, including

cPanel

. Familiarity with

server security, optimization, and troubleshooting

. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with

Docker / containerization

. Familiarity with

cloud hosting providers

(AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc.). Knowledge of

Agile methodologies

and

Scrum frameworks

. Experience with

CI/CD tools

.
