Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the
MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
Manage the full project lifecycle -- from concept, development, testing, to production deployment
Build clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX and back-end services
Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases
DevOps Responsibilities:
Automate deployment workflows
Manage CI/CD pipelines
Monitor and manage cloud environments & application uptime
Ensure server and application security best practices are followed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years' experience
as a MERN Stack Developer
Proven experience in
independently delivering full-cycle projects
Strong understanding of front-end & back-end architecture
Hands-on experience with
RESTful APIs, JWT/auth, performance tuning, and security
Experience designing scalable databases (MongoDB preferred)
Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Preferred Skills
Strong experience with
AWS / Azure / GCP
Hands-on with
Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins/Github Actions
Familiarity with
Kubernetes
(plus not mandatory)
Experience using
Git / GitHub / Bitbucket
Knowledge of application monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus)
Understanding of
DevOps, automation, and modern deployment pipelines
