: Full-Stack Developer (MERN & Mobile)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in both the MERN stack and mobile application development (Flutter or React Native) to help build a comprehensive CRM application. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality applications and a deep understanding of backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, develop, and maintain a CRM application using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

? Build and integrate APIs for various application features.

? Develop mobile applications using Flutter or React Native for cross-platform functionality.

? Collaborate with product designers and other developers to translate design requirements into high-quality code.

? Ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and security of both web and mobile applications.

? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and quality.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance the application's capabilities.

Qualifications:

? Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

? Proven experience in mobile development with Flutter or React Native.

? Proficiency in API development and integration.

? Solid understanding of RESTful services and JSON data.

? Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

? Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging practices.

? Knowledge of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
