We are seeking a Financial Services Analyst to play a key role in growing Lucid Financial Services' KSA presence. This is a critical role that requires an attitude of ownership and customer service, exceptional organizational skills, and analytical skills. The Financial Services Analyst supports the FS function strategies through developing the Procedures, and processes. In addition, will be responsible to liaise the relationship activities with our external counterparties, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives, and solutions according to the business requirements. In addition, work closely with the reporting manager to develop different functions, processes & procedures, in addition to conducting continuous reviews on the products features review. you will champion Lucid Financial Services with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the customer financing process; resolve customer issues; and provide training and support to the Lucid sales, retail, and delivery teams. You will also prepare analyses to identify bottlenecks and obstacles to customers using Lucid Financial Services and plans to resolve those friction points. There is a significant opportunity for you to manage development and roll-out of Financial Services products and technological enhancements.

Responsibilities: Support the launching of new business initiatives and projects. Conduct market studies, market trends. Rollout, and manage sales and campaign analysis. Maintain the relationship with relevant external partners, in addition to overseeing partners' product pricing. Ensure the achievement of the set quality TAT, and efficiency targets. Identify and recommend growth opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Review effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Awareness of, regulatory, and legal issues relative to the company's business nature Identify improvement opportunities within the financing process and collaboratively design and implement solutions. Create executive communications, including dashboards and decks for the Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.

Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in automotive, customer service, finance, or related field Experience in automotive or automotive finance sales or operations preferred Strong work ethic with a demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and work across functional areas Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint BA/BS degree required
