Job Description
IIQAF is looking for an experienced and motivated Fruit Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable and has a great eye for detail when picking fruits. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for picking high-quality fruits from various trees, sorting them by size and quality, and packing them for shipping.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to designated orchards and identify healthy fruits for harvesting
- Use ladders, carts and other tools to harvest fruits
- Sort fruits by size and quality and carefully pack them for shipping
- Maintain accurate records of harvested produce
- At least 1 year of experience in fruit-picking
- Ability to use equipment, such as ladders, carts, and picking tools
- Strong organizational, multitask and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify different types of fruits and accurately determine their quality
