Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a growing financial services strategy consulting team. The practice team is currently expanding and is seeking an experienced individual with Capital Markets sector knowledge to help develop the business. To qualify for the role, the candidate should have Capital Markets domain expertise, ideally with experience in a primary financial institution. Experience in one of; FICC, Equities, Investment Banking (preferably FIG), Capital management, sell-side strategy or FIG Research is preferred. Wider financial services strategy experience will also be considered.
As a Senior Consultant, you will gain a wide variety of skills and experiences across a range of engagements. You\xe2\x80\x99ll play a vital role in conceiving strategies for our clients, planning the implementation, and at times strategy delivery.

Analysis and insight: executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and change- Tools, skills and frameworks: utilising effectively those tools that can be brought to bear on new client problems, and shared as best practice within the team
- Leadership: independently leading a workstream or small project
- Team management: managing and supporting junior resources in order to ensure successful project delivery
- Relationship management: working closely with clients and internal teams, developing strong professional relationships and liaising with teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Continuous Learning: proactively developing your own skills, seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight with colleagues
