The Role We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining modern web applications. As a Frontend Developer at PhazeRo, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional and intuitive user interfaces. Your expertise in frontend technologies, attention to detail, and passion for delivering high-quality code will contribute to the success of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning industries such as e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, and more, creating engaging and seamless user experiences for our clients. Additionally, while primarily focused on frontend development, having some knowledge of backend (full stack) technologies would be beneficial for collaborating effectively with the backend development team. This role is remote friendly! Requirements Work closely with designers and backend developers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, APIs, and databases. Collaborate with the design team to optimize user experiences and interface interactions. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Assist in optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and best practices. Support in building technical standards that will be used by all frontend developers in the company. Lead a small cross-functional team to deliver projects end-to-end. Support the business development function by estimating the work for potential future projects. Technologies we use A variety of languages, including Java, Python, and TypeScript. For frontend development we use Typescript. For building web interfaces, we prefer React, but have used Angular in some projects. We develop desktop apps using Electron. Slack, GitHub, ZenHub, Confluence. What we require 2-4+ years of experience as a frontend developer or Full-stack developer Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, in this case JavaScript Great problem-solving skills with ability to dive into and navigate existing complex systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. This is very important for us as you will be meeting clients and presenting your work to them often.
