Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff at the front office.
Answer and route phone calls professionally; handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
Manage and maintain meeting room schedules and appointments.
Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable at all times.
Maintain accurate logs and update records in the company system.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good command of
English
(both written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is an advantage.
