Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rabat for the role of Front Office Supervisor at The View Hotel Rabat. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee and support the front office team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver high-quality guest services. Responsibilities include managing front desk tasks, supervising staff, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. The role also involves assisting with conflict resolution, maintaining operational standards, and fostering team collaboration to achieve overall excellence.

Qualifications



Proven Supervisory Skills, including team coordination and performance management Experience in Receptionist Duties and proficiency in managing front desk operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver a high standard of guest experience Ability to manage Reservations accurately and efficiently Proficiency in spoken and written English and French; additional languages are an asset Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Work experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel management software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
