IIQAF Group is looking for a professional and customer-focused
Front Office Receptionist
to manage front desk operations at our Dubai office. The successful candidate will serve as the
first point of contact
for clients, visitors, and business partners, ensuring a welcoming, organised, and efficient front office environment within the insurance sector.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong
reception, administrative, and customer service experience
in a corporate or insurance setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist
clients, visitors, and guests
in a professional manner
Manage
front desk and reception operations
Handle incoming
calls, emails, and inquiries
efficiently
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes
Coordinate with internal departments and insurance teams
Handle
basic administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Front Office Receptionist, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the
insurance, financial services, or corporate sector
Familiarity with
office administration and visitor management systems
Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
Experience working in
Dubai or UAE corporate offices
