Front Office Receptionist & Accounts

Job Description

We are looking for a female candidate for Front office role for our office who should have a pleasant personality, good in spoken English, should be well versed with Microsoft Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, Book keeping, and have some knowledge of accounting -that means maintaining account details etc.
Our core job is doing Interior fitout works for Offices/ Villas / townhouses/ Retail stores/ Gyms/ restaurants etc.
The core Work of the candidate would be to do tele calling to set up meeting with Clients (which we will specify) & follow up on payments , Cheque collection, preparing Quotations / invoices etc. Also, keep the details of all employees, along with their insurances, petty cash etc.
Our off is in business bay dubai & it is easily connected to Metro & bus route.
