Responsibilities

Oversee all front desk functions during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Supervise night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial and operational records are maintained Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and providing information as needed Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the night Handle guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and resolve them swiftly to uphold guest satisfaction Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night shift supervision experience Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit processes Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with guest relations, hotel procedures, and multi-line phone systems Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is advantageous

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
