Bathed in light and clarity, Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa, an exclusive and vibrant address. . Ensure that the reception is tidy and has the necessary office supplies and equipment . Train, supervise and assist office staff, including receptionists, concierges... . Ensure a timely and accurate customer service . Handle complaints and specific customer requests . Respond to emergency situations . Prepare and control the office budget Qualifications . Proven professional experience as a Front Office Manager . Very good knowledge of customer service, office management and basic accounting . Fluency in English ( oral and written) . Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word . Excellent communication and relational skills . Good organizational skills and versatility . Problem solving skills Additional information Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or experience in Frontline Excellent skills in verbal and non-verbal communication. Excellent command of English, French; proficiency in other languages is an asset. University degree in hotel management, tourism, economic studies or any other related field. Highly computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Opera PMS and EZRMS system would be a plus.
