Front Office Manager Reliable and engaging. As a Front Office Manager, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure. What you will be doing:
To oversee the front desk operations of the Hotel and the concierge operations.
To interact with Housekeeping, Engineering guest receives high level of service
To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries is expected and not requested
To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction
To take the time to get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Service focused personality is essential; experience is required.
Opera or a related system proficient
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
