With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Manager, to join the Front Office team at One&Only The Palm Hotel, Dubai.

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and will be fully responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Front Office Reception. Additionally, driving the team to achieve an efficient and seamless guest check-in/check-out procedure, aiming to provide an enjoyable and extraordinary One&Only experience, and ensuring that we always "blow away our guests" at all times.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management / Business Administration / Commerce / Hotel & Restaurant Management or any other related courses

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment

Excellent communication in verbal and written English language, fluency in another European language is essential

Naturally self-motivated, demonstrates excellent leadership skill and able to provide trainings in driving departmental training programs

Strong technical competency in MS Office, Opera and Micros Pack

Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, European / Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage
