We are a catering company based in Alquoz, Dubai and we are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff (
Male candidates, Malayalam speaking
) to join one of our food outlet.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Support the team reducing the operations time.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a
customer service/cashier
or
food service role
is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Quick learner and knowledge of POS ( Point of sale) Machines
Preferably Male Candidates ( Malayalam speaking )
Minimum Age-22-30
Indians ( Malayalam speaking)
Salary- 1500
