Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff
Requirements:
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Previous experience in healthcare billing and front desk operations
Knowledge of medical billing software and insurance procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
