Join us as a Front Office Agent and support our dynamic Front Office team at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who is able to engage with guests and create great customer experience. You will be in charge for all activities relevant to the front desk such as the reception, check in / out. Further, you will be responsible for therooming of all hotel guests. You will maintain the cash float and ensure an accurate daily report. With your personality you will ensure great guest service in line with our brand standards and procedures.

Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications. Fluent speaking and writing skills in English is a must. You need to be highly customer oriented and very passionate about your job with a great attention to detail. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and possess strong multi-tasking & analytical skills.
