Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily Front of House (FOH) operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and a positive dining experience at all times.
Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Oversee table allocations, reservations, and seating arrangements.
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
Monitor inventory of service items (cutlery, crockery, linen) and report shortages.
Assist in implementing service procedures, promotions, and special events.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Support management with daily reports, staff scheduling, and operational requirements.
Train new staff and provide on-the-job coaching to improve service quality.
