Stack & Dome is a fast-paced, dry-aged beef smash burger restaurant dedicated to serving up quality food with exceptional customer service. We're looking for a highly motivated and versatile

Front of House (FOH) Staff

member to join our team.

This role is a critical part of our operation, serving as the bridge between our kitchen and our customers. We need a team player who is a quick learner, works well under pressure, and takes pride in a job well done. We are also looking for someone with a knack for suggestive selling to help us increase our average transaction value.

Responsibilities & Duties

Food Runner:

Swiftly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables. Ensure every order is correct and looks fantastic before it leaves the pass.

Server:

Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for every customer. Answer questions about the menu, check in on guests, and address any needs they have during their meal.

Upselling:

Confidently and proactively recommend add-ons, specials, and combo options to customers to enhance their meal and increase the value of each order.

Cleaner/Busser:

Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area at all times. This includes clearing and wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and ensuring the dining room and restrooms are clean and well-stocked.

Teamwork:

Work closely with the kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow, especially during peak hours.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced customer service environment is a plus.

Proven ability to increase sales through suggestive selling.

The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service. Strong communication skills. A reliable and responsible work ethic. Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food.
