We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Cashier / Front-of-House staff member

to join our Thai food restaurant located in a food court in Silicon Central Mall, Dubai. The role involves handling customer transactions, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately. Operate the POS/cash register, handle payments (cash, card, digital wallets), and issue receipts. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and front-of-house area. Assist with packaging takeaway/delivery orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cashier or FOH staff in a restaurant or food court environment preferred. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. Strong communication skills in English and other languages is an advantage). Customer service oriented with a positive and friendly attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, accuracy in handling transactions, and teamwork.

Location: Dubai Silicon Central Mall, Dubai Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
