We are Maki & Ramen - a growing, Japanese-inspired dining brand known for our homemade ramen, freshly prepared sushi, and warm, attentive hospitality. As we expand into the UAE, we are bringing our passion for quality, craft, and memorable guest experiences to Dubai.

For our newest Dubai location, we are looking for an experienced and adaptable Front of House team member to support the pre-opening mobilisation and help deliver an exceptional guest experience at our first site in the region. You will play an important role in supporting service standards, team set-up, and the successful launch of our international operation. Key Responsibilities

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and efficient experience. Support the pre-opening set-up, including training, menu knowledge, service rehearsals and soft openings. Maintain brand standards across service, presentation and cleanliness at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when required. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards in line with company and local regulations.

Key Skills & Attributes

Previous Front of House experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment. Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude. Ability to remain calm, efficient and professional in a fast-paced setting. Team-oriented with a flexible and reliable approach to work. Good attention to detail and pride in service standards. Willingness to learn, adapt and support an international brand opening.
