Front Line Officer
to be assigned at our Deerfields Mall branch. The role involves welcoming patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage appointments, inquiries, and front desk coordination
Handle basic administrative and billing support
Coordinate with medical and clinical staff as needed
Requirements:
Medical or healthcare-related educational background
preferred
Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-focused
Strong organizational and communication skills
