We are looking for an outstanding Front-End Developer to be responsible for the ongoing management and development of our company websites. This specialist must possess the passion, attention to detail, and ability to gather business requirements. It is essential to strive to create visually appealing websites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. Responsibilities: Write well-designed, tested, and efficient code by using the best software development practices, and ensure that everything is designed not just for now, but for the growth of years to come Deliver great solutions that are proven to meet the needs of the Product Managers and Product Designers as well as your colleagues in Support and Operations Integrate data from various back-end services and databases Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities Program, test, debug, troubleshoot, etc all developments constantly, and be accountable for your own testing and for the overall quality of your output, you'll make sure testing happens fast, frequently, and effectively Assist and support in the upkeep and maintenance of websites Initiate periodic testing and implement contingency plans in case of systems failure Work closely with our graphic designers to ensure all developments are within are various brands' individual guidelines Work closely with our search engine optimization team to ensure the development of all platforms concerned suits their requirements as best as possible Requirements: 4+ years of experience in web development, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript Production experience with any of the modern web frameworks, such as React (Next.JS), React Native or Flutter. Comfortable working with JS tools and ecosystem, like NodeJS, NPM or Yarn, webpack, Rollup, Grunt, ESLint Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools and a basic knowledge of Search Engines Strong fundamental knowledge in Front End development, understanding how browsers work and performance best practices in modern web apps Experience with headless content management systems like Prismic, Strapi or Umbraco is a plus Proficient in Git (we use GitHub and Azure DevOps) Good understanding of CI/CD principles Experience working with data fetching via RESTful APIs or GraphQL Experience writing tests (unit, integration, E2E) and documentation, using tools like Cypress or Storybook Experience with Docker is a plus Experience with backend languages (Java, Python) is a plus Experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS or GCP is a plus A passion for detail and problem solving, with excellent verbal and written communication skills High interest or passion for start-ups, Hyper-growth start-up experience is a strong plus English must be fluent and preferably the first language Creativity and adaptability Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends Must be presentable and smart Adopt the company culture Highly motivated Positive, results-driven attitude with a "can do" approach A team player and demonstrable proof of this A desire to progress your career with the firm Determined & hardworking English must be fluent and preferably the first language Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED18,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
