.Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and manage appointment bookings Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and laser technicians for smooth clinic operations Answer calls, WhatsApp, and respond to patient inquiries promptly Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment Assist in daily reports, payment collection, and patient documentation
Requirements:
Experience in
aesthetic or medical clinics
is a MUST Excellent communication skills inEnglish
(Arabic is a plus) Confident, well-groomed, and client-focused Familiar with booking systems, CRM, and WhatsApp communication Can multitask and handle front-desk pressure with a smileJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
