Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile individual to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and participate in video shoots and content creation for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors, handle calls, and maintain a professional reception area. Manage mail, office supplies, and general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, documentation). Prepare, organize, and proofread documents and correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate meeting room setups. Update databases and maintain accurate records. Participate in video shoots and contribute to content creation for promotional and internal purposes. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:



1-2 years' experience in a front desk or administrative role. Bachelor's degree (Office Administration certification is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable appearing in videos and assisting in creative content production. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
