About the Role:



We're looking for a friendly and organized

Receptionist / Admin Assistant

to join our small office team. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, helping people, and handling a mix of office and admin work, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do:



Welcome visitors and answer phone calls or emails politely and professionally. Help with basic office tasks like filing, scanning, and keeping records updated. Take care of office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed. Support the team with scheduling, travel bookings, and small errands. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services. Keep the reception and office area neat and organized. Assist management with simple reports, letters, and daily admin follow-ups. Help with basic HR or accounting support (attendance, petty cash, etc.) when required.

What We're Looking For:



2-3 years of experience in reception or office admin work (SME experience is a plus). Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Friendly personality with a professional attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook). Organized, reliable, and able to multitask. Someone who enjoys helping others and keeping the office in order!
