We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our new clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring the clinic's schedule runs smoothly.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Verify patient details and insurance information upon arrival.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage incoming emails and correspondences.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist in preparing patient forms and educational materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with clinic management software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
