Front Desk Receptionist
to be the face of our restaurant and provide a warm, professional first impression to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and take reservations/orders as needed
Assist with managing the waiting list and seating arrangements
Provide basic information about the menu and restaurant services
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in hospitality or front desk is preferred
Able to multitask and work under pressure
What We Offer:
Salary between AED 1,500 - AED 2,000
