Role Description
We are currently hiring a Receptionist for our fitness studio located in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for an
experienced and outgoing Front Desk Receptionist
to be the face of Free Soul Studio. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry and is passionate about customer service and sales. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys helping people achieve their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Manage class bookings, membership inquiries, and payment transactions.
Promote and sell studio memberships, class packages, and retail products.
Provide information about services, classes, and instructors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for client records, reports, and communications.
Learn and operate studio booking and scheduling software efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks, social media engagement, and light marketing duties.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar front desk, customer service, or sales role
, preferably in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality setting.
Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting memberships and services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus!
