to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Support the administrative team as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Presentable appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
