Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in patients, ensuring smooth registration .
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of patient visits and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with clinics, doctors, and healthcare staff for patient-related requirements.
Liaise with medical suppliers for procurement, delivery, and stock follow-ups.
Maintain and update front desk logs, registers, and filing systems.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Provide administrative support to the management team when required
Requirements:
Male candidate (as per job requirement).
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (healthcare industry experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu will be an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
