Core Duties
Client Interaction:
Greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Appointment Management:
Scheduling appointments, managing the salon's calendar, and sending out appointment reminders.
Communication:
Answering phones, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and relaying information to stylists.
Payment Processing:
Handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
Maintaining the Reception Area:
Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.
Administrative Tasks:
Assisting with filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
Inventory Management:
Ensuring the salon is stocked with necessary supplies and products.
Customer Service:
Addressing client complaints and feedback, and resolving issues as needed.
Skills Required
Excellent Communication Skills:
Both verbal and written communication are essential for interacting with clients and staff. Preferred English and Arabic speaking skills
Strong Organizational Skills:
The ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and multitask effectively is crucial.
Customer Service Orientation:
A friendly and helpful demeanor is necessary for creating a positive salon experience.
Proficiency with Technology:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with salon management software are often required.
Problem-Solving Skills:
The ability to handle client inquiries, address complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
