Wild Paint House is a unique art jamming studio which opened with a bang in Dubai 4 months ago. We are looking for a smiley, energetic, extrovert, hard-working, professional & kind front desk reception to grow the team. As the Wild Paint House Receptionist, you will provide reception services for our clients to contribute to an overall exceptional experience at Wild Paint House. You will contribute to the first impressions of our clients and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: -Achieve positive outcomes from clients\' queries in a timely and efficient manner -Answer calls, emails, whatsapp and IG messages -Provide any answer to our clients regarding regular bookings and group bookings (birthday parties, team bonding events, etc.) -Act as a cashier and collect payments via credit card, cash, etc. -Use our booking system to enter new bookings, amend bookings when necessary, etc. -Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all time -Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of all the products, services and prices at Wild Paint House -Maximize sales and use up-selling techniques to promote our services -Assistant the art jamming hosts and the entire team, when necessary Good to have: -Ability to manage social media accounts (IG, Tiktok) and to shoot & edit content To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour, skills, and values that follow:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry

• Completed high school certificate or equivalent

• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

• Excellent grooming standards

• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
