Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction:

Welcome patients, check them in/out, assist with forms, manage waiting areas, and provide a positive impression.

Appointment Management:

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments, sending reminders as needed.

Communication:

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with patients and dental staff.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain patient records, update data, file documents, and manage office supplies.

Financial Tasks:

Prepare billing statements, process payments, verify insurance, and file claims.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Customer Service:

Friendly, professional, and empathetic communication.

Organization:

Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and keep records accurate.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with dental software and data entry.

Knowledge:

Understanding of dental billing, insurance, and treatment codes is often required.
Typical Duties Include:

Greeting patients and directing them. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Managing patient charts and records. Handling billing, payments, and insurance. Answering phones and emails. Managing office inventory and supplies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
